Jeremy Wayne Murrell, 34, the Police Chief of Chelsea, Oklahoma has been arrested on allegations that he obtained narcotics fraudulently. Reportedly Murrell is facing a dozen criminal complaints of obtaining a controlled, dangerous substance by fraud. It is alleged that Murrell obtained 3,076 pills from multiple physicians and pharmacies between August 2009 and July 2010. [...]
